Returns and warranty


1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2. The buyer has the right to return the goods by notifying the seller in writing or by phone no later than 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods. The buyer must specify the product code specified in the invoice and the invoice number or other document proving the purchase of the product.

1.3. The returned item must be:

- Fully assembled
- Packaged the same as when delivered
- Undamaged by the buyer and without loss of merchandise appearance (untorn labels, undamaged packaging)

1.4. If the buyer does not comply with the requirements specified in point 1.3, the seller reserves the right not to accept the goods and not to return the money paid.

1.5. If the product is not returned due to quality discrepancies, all return (shipping, courier, transportation) costs must be covered by the buyer.
